Day 118

Breakfast
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 T. slivered almonds
1/4 C. mixed berries
1 t. brown sugar
1/4 c. half/half

Lunch
2 corn tortilla chicken enchiladas
1 pineapple muffin

Dinner
1 slice foccacia bread
2 slices roast beef lunch meat
1 oz turkey lunch meat
2 oz almonds

Exercise: 8 miles with leslie (91 minutes)
