Breakfast
berry smoothie

Snack
2 boiled eggs

Lunch
4 c. romaine salad with 4 oz roast beef
1 slice bread

Snack
1 oz almonds

Dinner
4 oz. sirloin
2 C. steamed cauliflower
1 c. jello

Exercise: 83 minutes with Leslie - 7 miles
