Day 49

Breakfast
2 boiled eggs
2 slices bread

Lunch
1 sweet potato
1 pat butter
4 oz. turkey patty

Snack
1 oz almonds

Dinner
4 oz turkey patty
1 sweet potato with 1 pat butter
2 C. steamed cauliflower

Exercise: 96 minutes with leslie - 8 miles
