Day 105

Breakfast
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. blueberries
1 T brown sugar
2 T sliced almonds

Snack
90 cal. granola bar

Lunch
1/2 italian beef sub sandwich
1 c. grilled zucchini
1 medium corn on the cob
2 chocolate chip cookies

Dinner
2 slices cheese pizza
1 sliver vanilla bean cheesecake
1 sliver chocolate cake

Exercise: 5 miles with Leslie (60 minutes)
