1/3 c. blueberries
1 T brown sugar
2 T sliced almonds
Snack
1 cheese stick
1 chocolate chip cookie
Lunch
3 c. salad with 1 T. light italian dressing
1 oz sirloin steak
1 piece toast with pat butte
8 oz non fat yogurt
1 T. light sour cream
1 T honey
Dinner
1 c. white rice
1 c. pinto beans
1 oz cheddar cheese
Exercise: 5 miles with leslie (60 minutes)
