1/2 c. whole wheat past
5 oz grilled chicken
1 1/2 c. cauliflower with carrots
7 asparagus spears
3 T. half and half
Exercise: 8 miles with leslie (97 minutes), 100 crunches, 45 pushups, 24 squats
