Day 86

Breakfast
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. blueberries
2 T almonds
1 t brown sugar

Lunch
10 saltine crackers
4 oz turkey patty
2 c. tossed salad with 2 T light italian dressing
1 piece applesauce spice cake
1/4 c. half/half

Dinner
Culver's Philly Cheese sandwich
1 scoop vanilla custard
