Day 59

Breakfast
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. cherries
2 T slivered almonds
1 t. brown sugar
1/4 c. half and half

Lunch
4 oz turkey breast
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. brussel sprouts
1 c. low fat plain yogurt
1/2 c. cherries

Dinner
1 oz cheese
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
