Day 77

Breakfast
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. blueberries
2 T sliced almonds
1 t brown sugar

Snack
1 cheese stick
90 cal granola bar

Lunch
1 1/2 c. cauliflower
1 1/2 c. salad with light italian dressing
6 meatballs

Snack
2 cheese sticks

Dinner
1 serving chicken fried rice
apple
90 cal. granola bar

Exercise: 10 miles with Leslie (120 minutes)
