Day 62

Breakfast
1.5 C oatmeal
1/2 c. blueberries
2 T slivered almonds
1 t. brown sugar

Lunch
Roasted Chicken Subway sandwich

Snack
1 oz mozzarella stick
90 cal. granola bar

Dinner
2 crab cakes
2 c. sauteed zuchinni

Exercise: 8 miles with Leslie - 88 minutes
