Day 73

Breakfast
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. blueberries
1 t brown sugar
1/4 c half and half

Lunch
4 c. romaine
2 T red onion
2 T feta
2T light italian dressing
6 oz grilled chicken
2 pieces challah bread
8 oz non fat milk
1 T sour cream
1T honey

Dinner
6 oz turkey breast
1 hamburger roll
1 serving sweet potato fries
