Day 79

I will eternally be baffled by the scale and my weight fluctuation. Yesterday I weighed 214. This morning ---- 209!

Breakfast
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. blueberries
2 T almonds
1 t brown sugar

Lunch
1/2 serving beef stroganoff
3 meatballs
2 pieces toast with butter

Snack
4 chocolate cookies
tea with 3 T half/half
5 tea biscuits

Dinner
1/2 serving chicken stir fry with rice
4 oz turkey patty
apple
3 T half/half
reduce calorie cocoa
