Day 96

Breakfast
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. blueberries
2 T sliced almonds
1 t. brown sugar

Lunch
2 c. cauliflower
5 oz grilled chicken
1 apple
1 cheese stick

Dinner
2 c. chili
1 banana

Exercise: 7 miles with Leslie (82 minutes)
