Day 37

Breakfast
Cherry and Whey Pancakes

Lunch
4 oz turkey patty
Romaine Salad with broccoli, cauliflower, red and green peppers

Snack
Blueberry smoothie

Dinner
4 oz mahi-mahi (that was absolutely delicious - will make this again)
5 oz butternut squash
spinach salad (spinach, red onion and eggs)

Snack
apple

Exercise: 9 miles with Leslie 106 minutes
