Day 40

Breakfast
Blueberry Smoothie

Snack
2 boiled eggs
1 piece toast

Lunch
2 c. salad with 4 oz. sirloin steak
1 c. low fat plain yogurt
2 t. honey

Dinner
4 oz chicken
1 acorn squash
sauteed onions/mushrooms

Snack
pear

Exercise: 6 miles with Leslie, 70 minutes
