Day 50 - craving toast

Breakfast
Berry smoothie

Snack
2 boiled eggs
1.5 toast with butter

Lunch
2 c. steamed broccoli
3 slices toast with butter

Snack
2 pieces toast with butter

Dinner
3 C. romaine
1.5 C. steamed cauliflower
4 oz. turkey breast
1 T. oil/vinegar dressing

Exercise: 8 miles with Leslie - 91 minutes
